Raiding in MoP

Hymn will constantly be striving for the best possible team during MoP progression. We will start raiding ASAP. Everyone that wants to raid needs to level as quickly as possible. No ones spot is guaranteed. Listed below are things that are expected of all raiders.

- You must have a positive attitude and be able to take constructive criticism.
- You must be respectful of your guildmates.
- Raiding is a commitment. If you are unable to make a majority of the raids, you can and will be replaced.
- If you need to miss a raid make sure you let Iggy or an Officer know in advance.
- The first pull happens at 5:30. Be there ready to go, not waiting around for a summon.
- You must be prepared for every raid by knowing the fight, having all gear gemmed and enchanted properly and having appropriate pots. Please address all these things before raid starts.
- You must have DBM, Bigwigs, or a similar addon and be able to speak in and hear Vent.
- We want to make the most of our time during raids. When the fight starts vent should be cleared so that the raid leader can easily be heard.
- After a wipe, don't waste time getting back. We will take a break half way through, try to get everything taken care of during that time.
- Flasks and feasts are provided, but keep in mind these items do not magically appear in the guild bank. This means everyone needs to contribute.
- Be proactive about your gear. Don’t wait around for someone to put a group together to run you through dungeons.
- Check the guild forums often. Boss strategies/discussions will be posted there.
